Functional Engineer - Lyon

I joined the Cegedim Insurance Solutions teams in August 2016 as a functional engineer. I am in charge of setting up the parameters for health benefits on the Activ' Infinite tool. The frequent regulatory changes are challenges that require adaptation to change, organisation and methodology. I also had the opportunity to work on the reimbursements for the Group Contract, which concerns all Cegedim Group employees, and it is a real source of motivation for me to work for all my colleagues!

Digital Project Manager - Labège

After an initial skills assessment, I discussed my genuine interest in new technology and connected healthcare in particular. My manager and the HR teams listened to me and a few weeks later I became a project leader in Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ digital branch, where I could work on our preventative healthcare digital platforms. This represented a real development in my career which has let me thrive in my day-to-day work.

I joined Cegedim Insurance Solutions in January 2019, and have always been driven by human relations with employees and other departments in the BU. I assist my team very seriously in order to provide our policyholders a quality service. Today, my missions are varied: participating in projects to organise the activity, participating in change management, managing malfunctions, etc. All these missions offer me versatility in my job, which I particularly appreciate.
